No sooner did I publish two articles about UFO’s – one on April Fool’s Day about UFO Encounters In and Around Kalispell and the other about a road Trip to Roswell and the Extra-Terrestrial Highway – that the internet is ablaze about an official memo released by the FBI, under the Freedom of Information Act, concerning the Roswell Incident of 1947.
The Office Memorandum sent out by Guy Hottel, Special Agent in Charge and addressed to the DIRECTOR, FBI, dated March 22, 1950 with Subject Line: Flying Saucers states that:
“An investigator for the Air Forces stated that three so – called flying saucers had been recovered in New Mexico. They were described as being circular in shape with raised centers, approximately 50 feet in diameter. Each one was occupied by three bodies of human shape but only 3 feet tall, dressed in metallic cloth of very fine texture.”
Does this tidbit of information constitute the proof of aliens?
I don’t know for sure, but what is does tell me is that the government covered up the Roswell UFO Incident when they rescinded their initial statement that the 509th Bomb Group had recovered a “flying disc”, to stating that what had landed were radar balloons. That bold-faced lie from the United States Air Force should be enough to get the people of New Mexico’s, and the general public’s, radar up!

The other intriguing thing about this is that I was just talking about the existence of UFO’s the other day. It’s obviously an example of synchronicity – the experience of two or more events, that are apparently casually unrelated or unlikely to occur together by chance, that are observed to occur together in a meaningful manner.
