Where In the World Is Wes?

My last entry was a bit of a cliffhanger- eh? I like it to be that way sometimes as I feel it keeps up the suspense. Many a cat’s life is lacking in suspense, if you think about it.

So as we know from my most recent article, some big changes have occurred in the past few weeks.

After my trip in the carrier and a couple of weeks living in a somewhat comfortable concrete garage, something happened that blew me away.

Guess whose little tootsies made these tracks in the new fallen snow?

Nahhh….it’s not cold on my paws at all.

You can’t find me, can ya?

Try peeping into that fluffy white bush.

You just can’t get snow like this indoors.

Yes, ladies and gents, I am now officially a feline of the forest.

And guess what? Just when I thought things could not get any better, I discovered that my favorite grass grows here too.

I can run through the forests, agilely bounding over any fallen logs that cross my path. The native birds chirp just as the city ones did and at last I’m free to chase up trees to attempt to catch them. Admittedly, my claws aren’t as sharp as they used to be.

Some eco-friendly LarchBark© nail files should do the trick in no time.

I’ll leave you with this video of me having a good time in the snowy woods.
